Account credentials and profile; name, phone number, email, password, date of birth, gender, profile photo

App preferences and settings; language and notification preferences

Login and session history

Health profile details you entered yourself, such as allergies and chronic conditions

Kept for legal compliance

Prescription and dispensing records, including controlled and narcotic drug entries, as required by the Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA)

Sales and invoice records required for VAT and tax reporting to the National Board of Revenue (NBR)

Accounting and financial records required by law

Audit logs required by law

These records are retained under Bangladesh Drug Administration (DGDA) and tax and VAT (NBR) regulations. Personal identifiers are anonymised where possible, and records are deleted once the required retention period expires.

This action is permanent
