PharmaZ247 is a pharmacy management app operated by Tulip Tech Ltd. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Account and profile: name, phone number, email (optional for customers), password, date of birth, gender, and profile photo.
• Health information you provide: prescriptions, appointments, and any health profile details you enter (such as allergies or conditions).
• Usage and device information: app version, device type, and log data needed to run and secure the app.
• We do not collect payment card details in the app, and we do not collect your precise location.

3. How we use your information

• Create and manage your account and sign you in.
• Book and manage appointments and show your prescriptions.
• Send you service messages such as one-time codes and appointment updates by SMS.
• Keep the app secure and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. How we share information

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We use trusted service providers to run the app: an SMS gateway (SSL Wireless) to send codes and notifications, and cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services) to store data securely. They process data only on our instructions.
• We may share information where required by law or by a competent regulator (such as the drug administration or tax authority).

5. Data retention

• We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active.
• When you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal data after a 30-day processing period, except records we are legally required to keep (such as prescription and dispensing records under the DGDA, and sales and tax records under the NBR), which we retain in anonymised form for the period required by law and then delete.

6. Deleting your account

You can request permanent deletion of your account at any time, from within the app or from our Delete Account page.

7. Your rights

You can view and update your profile in the app and request deletion of your data at any time.

8. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access controls.

9. Children

PharmaZ247 is intended for a general adult audience (pharmacy staff, doctors, and customers) and is not specifically directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
